Program Introduction

Social Inclusion ensures equitable opportunities and empowerment for ethnocultural communities to fully become active citizens. It creates safe spaces for people to connect, develop and implement community-led action plans on priority issues, and build capacities of ethnocultural community leaders and members.

Services We Provide

• Community Conversation Circle: A safe space for ethnocultural communities to voice their lived and living experience on social inclusion, and connect with other community members.
• Building capacities for connections and collaborations among ethnocultural communities, organizations, and service providers.
• Support planning and implementation of community-led projects on social inclusion.
• Natural and Peer Support: Training geared towards acquiring skills in listening, caring and responding to ethnocultural communities’ concerns.
• Systems Change and Policy Advocacy: Conduct Community-based Particiaptory Action Research and collaborate with stakeholders to inform policy advocacy on social inclusion issues impacting your communities through our Community Advocacy Team.
