Equity in Action, Dignity for All
Working together with ethnocultural and equity-seeking groups to advance equity through transformational change in communities.
It’s a long journey to create a more just and equitable world. It takes courage, persistence, and, most importantly, it takes all of us.
We need more voices joining together, more supporters stepping up, and more communities building their power, side by side.
That’s why we focus on engagement that is meaningful, where everyone feels heard, valued, and is part of the change.
We all have a role to play. We can all demonstrate our support, the value, and the respect we have for each other. Together, we can turn our collective action into lasting and transformational systems change.

Our Theory of Change
This is how we create change and where it matters most.

1. Strengthen Civic Participation
We help racialized groups get involved in civic life, from voting and volunteering to having a say in decisions that impact their everyday lives.

2. Build Community Leaders' Capacity
We connect grassroots leaders with the knowledge, funding, and decision-makers they need to create greater impact in their communities.

3. Bring Voices Together
We help people and organizations learn from each other, share resources, and turn collaboration into impact.

4. Drive Collective Change
We act as convenors, connecting diverse communities and partners to launch new initiatives that create lasting, systems-level change.
