Program Introduction

ActionDignity’s GrOW-Platform (Grassroot Organizational Empowerment) initiative is a transformative learning and engagement approach enabling grassroots organizations to collaborate, organize collective actions, strengthen member capacities and develop organizational competencies to address organizational sustainability needs and community issues.

Services We Provide

• Share & Learn events to connect with other members, generate ideas and identify potential collaborations.
• Capacity building for social change agents. Free Community Leadership training to enhance individual skills and improve organizational sustainability and service delivery of ethnocultural community organizations.
• Guided development of community action plans to address your community needs.
• Seed grants for community-led projects and explore potential collaborative projects.
