Ethno-Cultural Council of Calgary marks its 15th birthday with a community theatre performance
Our Canada, Our Story is a unique theatre performance that brings to life Canada’s roots and diverse history from the experiences of the first peoples of the land and of those who came after. Presented last December 17, 2017 at the Jack Singer Concert Hall in Arts Commons, the performance weaves the narratives of our communities – histories of existence, colonization, immigration, survival, healing and resilience.
Our Canada, Our Story was produced by Action Dignity to commemorate its 15th anniversary and Canada’s 150th.
