ActionDignity is seeking to develop a new website to meet the evolving needs of our staff, partners, and the diverse communities we serve. The redesigned website will serve as an information hub for our initiatives, partnerships, and community-based research; an advocacy education platform to amplify the voices of ethnocultural communities and advance systems change; and a gateway for stakeholder engagement, including funders, partners, donors, volunteers, and community leaders.

Project Coordinator – Youth Justice & Systems Transformation (Y-Justice) Initiative

The Youth Justice & Systems Transformation (Y-Justice) Initiative empowers racialized youth (15-26 years old) to raise awareness and exercise their rights, advocate for themselves and influence policy changes, fostering an inclusive and equitable community. The Project Coordinator will lead dynamic activities aimed at supporting racialized youth, parents, and ethnocultural communities in understanding and navigating legal rights and systems.

This Request for Proposals is for the research that will support our Mental Health Systems Change Collaborative, particularly through the ongoing WEAVE (Weaving World Views and Practices) initiative. We are seeking proposals from qualified individuals or teams to conduct two key areas of research:

1. Culturally appropriate mental health services for racialized communities.

2. Impact of Alberta Health Services restructuring on racialized communities and mental health service providers.
