We invite you to join us for ActionDignity' Second Annual Black Intersections event. We are building on the conversations from last year's Black Intersectionality Panel to include more topics that aren't discussed enough within Calgary. We learned from the last year's event that community members want to have more opportunities to talk about their specific experience. In order to ensure that the space is as accountable and respectful as possible, we have designed the event to have open space discussions that will be moderated by various facilitators. Participants can choose to attend the breakout sessions that interest them and more from each group as freely as they wish. Hope to see you there!
Please note that since this is a Black History Month event, priority will be given to the experiences of Black attendees and derailing of the conversations will not be tolerated.
