ActionDignity is pleased to announce that the Youth Justice Community Action Plan (CAP) Seed Grant 2026 Call for Proposal is now open.
ActionDignity invites eligible member organizations to apply for collaborative seed grants to develop and implement youth-led community Action Plans (CAPs) that address systemic barriers facing racialized youth. We strongly encourage collaborative applications involving multiple ActionDignity member organizations representing diverse communities and working together on shared community priorities.
Important Dates:
- Mandatory CAP Orientation (in person): July 21, 2026 -5:30-7:30 pm at the ActionDignity office,

How to Submit Your Application
- Visit the ActionDignity Portal
- Select Member Dashboard.
- Click Community Action Plan.
- Select Application and complete your proposal submission.Proposal Submission Deadline: July 27, 2026
- Project Implementation: Aug 10-Nov 10, 2026
