ActionDignity is pleased to announce the successful completion of the spring intake of our Community Agents of Change (COACH) Leadership Training. On May 18, and 25, member organizations participated in this enriching experience, engaging in a collective learning journey designed to strengthen leadership capacity among racialized and ethnocultural community organizations.
Participants delved deep into essential topics such as systems thinking, conflict management, and advocacy. The interactive sessions provided invaluable insights and tools to equip our community leaders and members with the skills necessary to drive positive change within their communities.
The COACH Leadership Training is a comprehensive two-day program held quarterly. It aims to empower community organizations by enhancing their leadership capabilities and fostering a collaborative environment for growth and development.
