ActionDignity recently brought together community leaders and grassroots organizations for a Training of Trainers (ToT) session as part of our public education efforts related to the Alberta Referendum 2026.
The session focused on strengthening community leaders’ understanding of the referendum and supporting them to share clear, accessible, and non-partisan information within their communities.
Through the session, participants explored:
- The referendum and its key questions
- Potential impacts on immigrant and racialized communities
- How to facilitate informed community conversations
- Resources and tools for community outreach and education
The training is part of ActionDignity’s commitment to strengthening community leadership, social education, informed civic participation, and meaningful public engagement.
