ActionDignity recently hosted a vibrant Volunteer Engagement event that brought together our dedicated volunteers to connect, learn, and grow. The gathering was an opportunity to recognize the incredible contributions of our volunteers, while also investing in their development and leadership.
The event featured a mini-training session focused on facilitation and note-taking skills—equipping volunteers with practical tools to boost their confidence and support their community work more effectively.
In a collaborative World Café-style feedback session, volunteers shared thoughtful reflections on what’s working well and where improvements can be made. Their insights will directly inform and enhance our volunteer engagement strategies going forward.
