Seeds of Change Project Kicked Off its Anti-Racism Training Module 1 in February

Throughout the month of February, ActionDignity’s Seeds of Change project launched Module 1 of our Anti-Racism Training with over 45 participants across three cohorts.

Facilitated by our Anti-Racism Training and Education Coordinator, Towani Duchscher, this first module centered on Positionality, Worldviews, Race, and Racialization. Together, participants engaged in critical self-reflection, examined the historical construction of race, unpacked power and privilege, and explored how systems, not just individuals, hold inequities in place.

Grounded in the principles of Safety. Dignity. Belonging, February’s sessions created space for courageous dialogue, relational learning, and deeper accountability as systems-leaders.

And we’re still recruiting!

There are spots available across all cohorts, and we welcome individuals and organizations who are ready to move beyond conversation toward systems-led, transformational change.

If you’re interested in deepening your understanding of anti-racism and building practical tools for action within your organization or community, this is your opportunity to join us. Contact: Maryam.Agunbiade@actiondignity.org
