
Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) equips youth ages 14–20 with skills to recognize mental health warning signs, respond effectively, and build stronger support systems for youth experiencing mental health or substance-use challenges in their class, family, and community.
This training takes place over two Saturdays and provides participants with practical skills that can last a lifetime.
Participants will receive snacks and certification upon completion.
