Racism exists not only in individual actions but also within policies, practices, relationships, resource flows, and systems. This event will bring together community members, organizations, advocates, and leaders to explore how we can collectively create meaningful change.
Participants will gain practical tools for understanding systems change, strengthening anti-racism efforts, and developing action plans that can be implemented within their communities and organizations.
