This newly developed curriculum by ActionDignity is a transformative adult learning program that allows participants to explore the competencies that an effective community leader should possess and encourages them to critically analyze their roles in the communities “so that lives workplaces and communities can be transformed.” (Carter and Martin 2013 :270)
