This event was born out of the Community Initiative Pitch at our BLACK Youth Excellence event in April. 🙌 It goes beyond grooming. It’s about building confidence inspiring new skills and connecting youth to their roots through the cultural legacy of African hair traditions. In many African cultures hair is a powerful symbol—each braid twist and adornment tells a story of identity belonging and resilience.
