ActionDignity held its 2026 spring intake COACH Leadership Training on April 11. 51 participants from 33 member organizations joined the session. Through interactive activities, engaging group discussions, and shared learning, ethnocultural community leaders explored key topics such as:
- Leadership foundations
- Identifying the root causes of community issues
- Applying systems thinking and the Problem & Solution Tree model to map out actionable change
- Strengthening advocacy and governance skills
- Building financial and program capacity
“This training helped me see beyond immediate challenges and understand the root causes of issues in my community. The tools we learned, especially systems thinking, will change how I approach my work moving forward”, said one of the participants.
