In a significant stride towards fostering gender equity, our Gender Equity Program has successfully concluded five impactful capacity-building sessions in collaboration with six distinguished women’s organizations:
- Arriva House for Immigrant Women and Children
- CAVWA – Calgary Vietnamese Women’s Association
- Immigrant Learning Moms
- Mon Women’s Organization

The sessions, designed to empower women, focused on equipping participants with skills to integrate gender-transformative engagement with men within their respective organizations. The collaboration brought together diverse perspectives and experiences from various community organizations. This collaborative effort is a testament to our commitment to creating positive change and building a more inclusive future.
