ActionDignity successfully organized a knowledge mobilization session on June 9, 2023. The topic of the session is: A Deep Dive into Racism, Isolation and Mental Health.
There were 70 participants joined this meaningful session, including racialized community groups (Vietnamese, Somali, Oromo-Ethiopian, Sudanese, Rwandan, East Indian, Filipino), CB-PAR participants, Mental health service providers/ practitioners, faith-based leaders, and Action Dignity staff.
The key findings of ActionDignity’s Community Participatory Action Research (CB-PAR) which was conducted in January 2022 were shared by the program coordinator, Humaira Falak during the session, and the participants provided their feedback actively on the findings.
