ActionDignity Attended City of Calgary’s Mental Health and Addiction Strategy Community of Practice

Last Friday, our Mental Health Systems Change Team attended the City of Calgary’s Mental Health and Addiction Strategy Community of Practice session.

We appreciate the opportunity of presenting ActionDignity’s Mental Health Collaborative work under Project Weave with the communities, highlighting key initiatives such as Policy dialogues, Reflection sessions and Art for Change Youth Mental Health Advocacy campaign, etc.

We were also glad to have our collaborative members, ECSSEN, FRIENDS, and PCHS Calgary join us in the presentation to share their work in providing culturally appropriate services, as a part of the desired inclusive, race-sensitive and trauma-informed mental health system.
