Community Leaders Gather for Systems Change Workshop to Drive Meaningful Impact
ActionDignity’s Mental Health Systems Change Program recently hosted an engaging Systems Change Workshop, bringing together 24 community leaders from 15 member organizations and Woods Homes, an ICLT member organization.
The workshop offered participants an opportunity to deepen their understanding of the Water of Systems Change model and systems thinking, while connecting with fellow leaders who are committed to driving transformation in their communities. This session also served as a crucial step in preparing communities to develop and submit their Community Action Plans.
