ActionDignity Y-Justice Project Launch and Community Conversation Circle
On April 15, we proudly launched our Y-Justice Initiative with our very first Conversation Circle. The evening brought together a vibrant mix of youth, parents, and community leaders . It was an inspiring turnout that reflected the energy and passion behind this new three-year program funded by the Alberta Law Foundation.
The room was filled with meaningful dialogue as racialized youth and their supporters came together, sharing stories, asking thoughtful questions, and engaging in conversations around systemic change, legal equity, and community empowerment.
We were especially moved by the insights from youth participants. Their voices set the tone for what this initiative is all about, building knowledge, confidence, and a collective drive to push for justice and inclusivity.
Thank you to everyone who attended and made this launch a success. We’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to continue building momentum with all of you.
