On May 21st, ActionDignity’s WEAVE: Community Innovation project had its first quarterly Community Leadership Team meeting. Joined by 7 partner organizations, 5 ethnocultural communities (ECCs) and 2 immigrant-serving organizations (ISOs), the team came together to share and learn about the challenges faced in providing and receiving mental health services.
It was an insightful session where both ECCs and ISOs openly discussed their hurdles. Through collaborative dialogue, we explored ways to bridge gaps and strengthen relationships for better service delivery to our communities.
