Workers’ Rights and Legal Literacy Workshop

July 25, 2026 @ 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Bridging Legal Gaps for Workers, Communities, and Small Businesses

This workshop is part of ActionDignity’s Bridging Legal Gaps (BLG) Project Community Action Plan (CAP), which aims to increase access to legal information and strengthen community capacity through legal literacy and community education.

Designed for workers, small- and medium-sized business owners, entrepreneurs, newcomers, and community members, this interactive workshop will provide practical information on workplace rights, fair compensation, safe working conditions, discrimination, employment standards, and available legal and community resources. Participants will gain practical tools to better understand and protect their rights while navigating workplace challenges with confidence.

Together, we are empowering workers, strengthening communities and businesses, and bridging legal gaps by making legal information accessible, practical, and community-centered.
