Resilient Hearts Entrepreneur Abilities is a free program in collaboration with Momentum Calgary designed to empower adults with developmental disabilities who are interested in self-employment to develop and launch their own small businesses. The program offers specialized entrepreneurship training adapted to diverse learning needs emphasizing hands-on experiential learning. By partnering with disability-serving organizations inclusive employment initiatives and family networks we aim to provide holistic support and complement existing disability employment programs — offering self-employment as an alternative and empowering pathway.
