F.O.C.U.S on Seniors – Recreation Sampler
7 sessions left! Join us and enjoy an active lifestyle through fun recreation and fitness opportunities. These one-time trial sessions give seniors a chance to try new activities and see what they enjoy—then explore them further on your own or with a buddy.
It’s also a great way to build social connections, make new friends, and stay active together!
